Call Recording Not Working via FOP2 GUI

Dear Team,
Issue with call recording when initiated via the FOP2 GUI. FOP2 is running on a standalone server, separate from our FreePBX server. All other functions within FOP2 are working correctly, except for call recording. Could you please assist us in troubleshooting and resolving this issue?
