Zendesk Popups purchased but not appearing and saying license already used.
I've purchased the Zendesk Popups plugin, received my key and registered it on my PBX however it's showing that I've not purchased the plugin. I've tried activating the licence again and it tells me it's already in use however doesn't appear as an installed plugin.
FOP2 restarted along with the PBX for good measure but no joy.

I should note I contacted Support in December 2023 but no response as usual
very frustrating as we've been using FOP2 for years.
