Presence in FOP2 and Presence in FreePBX do not match

Hello,
when a user changes their presence status in the User Control Panel or in the softphone Sangoma Phone Desktop it has no effect on the presence status of the users extension in FOP2. So for example when a user sets their presence to "Unavailable" it will be not shown in FOP2. It will be always displayed as available (green).
Is it possible to fix this?

    I can't get softphone status to show at all, they always in a grayed out state in the panel. Can you please tell me how you were able to get activity on the Sangoma Desktop softphone app?

    Did you ever find an answer to the Presence not changing issue with Sangoma Phone Desktop? I've just started using the Desktop Phone and can't get the Presence to match either. It will show when they are on a call as "blue" or "green" if they are idle. The Queue Panel always show them as "Red" or unavailable, but they will still receive Calls to the Queue. Any Ideas? Thanks.
