Call recordings not showing (non freepbx install)

So I have FOP2 recording and it saves it in the FOP2 format
-rw-rw-r-- 1 asterisk asterisk 483244 Jan 6 00:03 100_100_000301_000c29b709f1-1609912965.236_GENERAL.wav
but it saves it into the thirdlane directories where year/month/day format
/var/spool/asterisk/monitor/(year)/(month)/(day)/
when I go to view the recordings in FOP2 it cannot find them.
is there anywhere I can modify something so we can find them?

    Lots of issues on FreePBX 15 is seems.
    I can tell a call to record and it goes to the database.

    But the recordings is empty.
